Extrusão

A matéria prima(polipropileno) e os aditivos antifibrilante e pigmentos são processados na máquina Extrusora onde são transformados em fios.

Tecelagem

A trama e o urdûme são trançados e transformados em bobinas. Possuem larguras que variam de 35cm à 80cm e densidade de 58g/m2 à 120g/m2 no tecido convencional, e laminado de 48g/m2 à 140g/m2.

Laminação

A bobina produzida na tecelagem é encaminhada ao setor para ser revestida com uma película baseada na gramatura que varia de 10gr à 18gr.

Impressão

Após o processo de tecelagem ou laminação, a bobina é encaminhada ao setor para impressão da arte do cliente.

Acabamento

O setor de impressão encaminha as bobinas para o corte. Após isto, as sacarias são prensadas para reduzir o volume, costuradas e pesadas. São alocadas em pallets e entregues ao setor de expedição para a entrega ao cliente.
